Ah, so you're targeting the set at expert / enfranchised players, like the Masters releases, rather than being a "normal" booster pack expansion set? That's a good way to be able to increase the complexity level in a set, which we all always want to do. It does require there to be a concept of an expansion set, with almost all new cards and with its own theme, but that's not aimed at new players. Wizards have so far avoided doing those.
I'm banking on it working as well as it will in Modern Masters 2. And thanks.

There are both. Reinforce and Infect are both featured in this set. If the experiment crashes and burns in playtesting, I'll find another mechanic, but this one feels right for now.
