  This is definitely a rare. Too wordy/complex for uncommon.

  This card is very powerful. It should be uncommon (and be a premium Path to Exile type card), or cost 3 or maybe even 4.

  Also, the card isn't doing much "ignoring". You can probably find a better name.

  Yes, there's a nice cycle of flavour: the Mask of Law and Grace and Shield of Duty and Reason grant protection from two colours; Voice of Grace, Voice of Law, Voice of Duty and Voice of Reason have prot from the individual colours (and Voice of Truth came along later for prot white). Then the Sphere of Law, Sphere of Grace etc continue the association between those words and their colours. All of them have nice cycles of flavour text as well.
