 C
Sorcery
Draw a card.
Predict {2}{b} ({2}{b}: Exile this from your hand until end of turn.)
When you predict Configure, look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.

 U
Instant
Counter target noncreature spell unless its owner pays {2}.
Predict {3}{w} ({3}{w}: Exile this from your hand until end of turn.)
As long as Hindering Vow is predicted, noncreature spells cost {1} more to cast.

On Configure:
on 2014-11-23 23:40:31 by Visitor:

What if Predict was a special action, like Morph? Then you couldn't respond to it, but you could respond to the trigger.

On Configure:

It's instant speed and not restricted to your upkeep, which is much nicer. You can even wait until your opponent finished their turn and use it then. You can't put it on instants, though, since responding to activating the predict ability by casting the spell is probably bad.

On Configure:

Doesn't predict behave very similarly to forecast?

On Hindering Vow:

Alternate take on this ability:

Diffuse {x} ({x}: Exile this card from your hand [UEOT?]. You may cast it for as long as it's diffused.)

On Dwarven Arbiter:

I knew something felt wrong, but I was tired and I couldn't place it.

On Dwarven Arbiter:

If I sacrifice an Artifact Enchantment Creature like Hammer of Purphoros makes, or an Artifact Creature Land like Inkmoth Nexus, are the opponents off the hook unless they have a similarly precise permanent?

I'd suggest "Each opponent sacrifices a permanent that shares a card type with the permanent you sacrificed".

On Scrap Collector:

I should probably change the {q} to a {t}.

On Mental Takeover:

Thanks!

On Mental Takeover:

Sweet!

On Rummageur:

I'd redflag it, but unless you need the complexity elsewhere this should be okay. The card advantage isn't too big a deal.
