That ultimate is eerily close to Garruk, Primal Hunter's, only not as good. Though I think the +1 is too good. I mean, Garruk Wildspeaker only got to untap two lands...
I don't know if the designer realizes that a third of the time, Liliana's controller won't be able to use the +2 ability...
On that note, I feel like we're unlikely to see -1/-1 counters in a core set.
Tokens tend to have square stats, too.

Not to mention the other two abilities are also completely broken anyways.
The last ability has horrible rules problems. There's a reason why Gideon Jura prevents all damage to himself while he's animated. In your case, damage dealt to Ajani while he's both a creature and planeswalker will both take loyalty counters off and add up towards lethal damage... and that applies to damage dealt via Crossbow Infantry, Lava Axe, an unblocked Grizzly Bears attacking Ajani, and a Grizzly Bears blocked by Ajani. And I can guarantee you that 99% of players will get at least some of that horribly wrong... so you almost certainly need to change that ultimate design. Sorry.
Just so you know, Wizards' principles are that if one card in a set can put -1/-1 counters on creatures, then no other card in that set is allowed to put +1/+1 counters on creatures.
I fear the ultimate is too weak and the [+1] is too strong.
