The last ability has horrible rules problems. There's a reason why Gideon Jura prevents all damage to himself while he's animated. In your case, damage dealt to Ajani while he's both a creature and planeswalker will both take loyalty counters off and add up towards lethal damage... and that applies to damage dealt via Crossbow Infantry, Lava Axe, an unblocked Grizzly Bears attacking Ajani, and a Grizzly Bears blocked by Ajani. And I can guarantee you that 99% of players will get at least some of that horribly wrong... so you almost certainly need to change that ultimate design. Sorry.
