So, not targeting is extremely strong. Is there a way to make sure this (and other abilities granted to Eyes) target?
My first thought would be "{Mana},: The next instant or sorcery spell you cast gains [insert relevant effect]."
I wanted something to give the feel of video recording and ability to live stream or project a recording. Eyes just seemed like the natural choice for this.
I lean towards a general disregard for complexity, so this will stay at common.
Seems like it should be an uncommon at least in terms of complexity. "Eye" is a weird choice for a tribe. I don't think the ability granting works unless I'm mistaken. I mean it does, but targets are chosen upon cast or so that seems like it would be "buggy" given you are granting the targeting ability after casting the spell. You might be able to "hack" it if you change the ability to not to target, ie.
> Target instant or sorcery spell gains "Tap a creature with power 3 or greater."
So iirc, the creature to tap would be chosen on resolution... or maybe "reactive triggers" could be utilized here but dunno about that.
I would make this an instant since it always makes them more lucrative to feed a creature that was gonna get destroyed anyway. Ie. Village Rites / Merciless Resolve.
Also considering as a cost.
I'm also looking for a descriptor for the name. Bangin' Remix just doesn't feel right as a Magic card.
Unsure what should be the CMC.
Original ability applied the X to all instants and sorceries you cast UEOT. I thought that might be too strong, so I made it an X per instant/sorc.
-1 changed to -2 as it seemed too easy to build up loyalty counters from the static
Rewording Eye abilities to work

Switched from sorcery to instant

"You control" is redundant; you cannot sacrifice permanents that you do not control (nor anything that isn't a permanent).
