I think they normally push uncommons only if they are the set's signposts. But their supposed to be fairly powerful, at least in NWO

Is there any way to get Aquatic to work like Historic (it puts the reminder text at the end of the card)? Because it reads super unwieldly to interrupt a sentence with it.

I used Archivist as my reference, and this seemed okay in comparison.
