I dunno how to word my intention:
I want the player to be able to untap up to four permaments, but only two creatures and two artifacts. Meaning, they could untap 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 permanents. Of which, 0, 1 or 2 of those could be artifacts, and 0, 1, or 2 of them can be creatures.
I think this works like that? (i don't know tho, is it written 'and', 'or', 'and/or' or another way?)
sorry for semantics
changed name
doesn't get clerics. It makes since for a leviathan-worshiping cult to get one... if anyone has a more appropriate creature type, it's welcome.
This guy is also super easily removed.
Numerous cards are bolt variants for just 2 mana, so this can be dealt with a-okay.
Busted as hell, but in this set as a vacuum, it's just incredibly powerful, hopefully.
I mean, play two 0/1-drops and get back a thing is good, and can keep going, but I don't think it's bad to have some refueling for aggro, especially since discard exists here to worsen their day.
This guy doesn't work since Fervor no longer adds mana. Will change.
This isn't enabled by reckless rites.
Best way to get this to work is to have Kilmoren the Hunter or Drezgorian Ancient or Garnaax, Cultist Ringleader out in play, then cast and kick reckless rites on a Desperate Runner and then you can play this card for two modes.
Alternatively, just have a legend and play this for four mana. Say turn after Kilmoren or Garnaax (both cost 3)
Your opponent likely won't be able to destroy them unless they are Marsh Man with Gloom Shot and played first this game... Maybe a
player running Baloth Stampede could do it to, though.
Then, just play this for one mode. Of course, the former is more interesting :)
was too strong. there are other ways to make Ancient Wrath work

I know protection isn't used anymore, but let's leave it until I've had time to develop his home continent :P
I'll be reusing this in Broodholm, probably.
See Kilmoren the Hunter.
