This should cost at least
, since that's the default for mana rocks in Standard sets these days that produce mana with no hoops.
References to being "invested," while flavorful, should probably refer directly to charge counters, making the card less parasitic.
If you want to keep this at
, I suggest a mana ability you can only activate once this has a charge counter.
This should probably be uncommon, at the least. Check out Corrupted Grafstone as the most recent parallel to this design.
5/2/16: Target spell to target nonenchantment spell for a little bit more balance.
5/2/16: 2/2 --> 1/2 for balance.
Woah.
Changed name. Logicspren are supposed to be relatively rare, so it seemed off to put one of them at common.
Changed the name, because "armaments" sounds like weapons, and this equipment is clearly armor.
Woah. 3/2 is a lot for this.
Was missing power and toughtes. Also changed the name so it didn't sound like Eshonai's title.
Ah, Now I get you.
Yeah, that's what I meant, not that blue should just draw more cards. The power level seemed fine before.
He means to reverse it, draw first then discard. Right now, this ability (rummaging) is red and looting is blue.
Well, I was afraid drawing two cards might be overpowered.
That's the red version of looting. Blue can do better.
5/2/16: Activation cost
to
, gave toughness (previously only had power noted) for balance and logic respectively.
5/2/16: CMC 3-->2 for balance.
We need something to tie all the shardblades together, not just being enchantment equipments. Something that mechanically says, hey, these are all the same kind of weapon.
Those would be more in-pie for sure. I still don't understand why they absolutely have to grant first strike as well. Shardblades don't give their bearer any greater combat prowess.
That would work well. Too bad those aren't actual keywords. :P
