I'd just like to say that I love the name. There's just one of him; but he counts as an invasion all by himself. Though I guess form the art he brought his fleet too.
I agree scry 4 wouldn't be chosen often; and the players who undervalued it would go on to lose a lot :)
As it is... I like this. It's got lots of fun options.

Card needs a lot less text on it.
I dunno.. Both myself and someone I was talked to didn't think that an option with just Scry 4 wouldn't get chosen enough.
Scry 4 is already pretty good.
It would be cleaner as a flying Fire Imp, but I think it is already strong enough without the added bonus of being able to be copied/flickered.
Wouldn't this be better as a creature with an ETB trigger? Like a flying Fire Imp?
That is fair enough - currently I want it to not be too good by actually drawing a card, but I also was it to be better than a loot or Scry 4.. any suggestions?
