Costs cannot target (since choosing targets itself woulf use the stack, so you would put something on the stack while you put something onto the stack...).

And since this being unconditional removal in addition to an adequate body I'm not really certain where you want to go with that.

I could imagine taking a page out of Qasali Ambusher's and No Mercy's book each and go with: "If an opponent controls a creature that has dealt damage to you this turn, you may cast ~ as though it had flash. When you do, that player sacrifices a creature that has dealt damage to you this turn."

So Kane only got infested, because he trespassed into your hive. :)
