Activating the ability at instant speed might make this rare. At sorcery speed for uncommon?

I think the fact that this start churning out crazy amounts of Squirrels (taking over the game) if it isn't removed makes this a rare. Sure, you probably have to spend most of your mana for it, but does it really matter if you 10+ power on the board in four or so turns?
