{b} is able to do this without {u} like in Shadows of the Past. This is supported by cards that suggest that Fecundity is within black's pie: Dark Prophecy, Harvester of Souls, ... if you think of scrying as "bad drawing".

Now if it was a better form a filtering, like scry 2, that would be good. Of course blue can do this, so it works as your two-color archetype signifier.

Good points. Trying it at scry 2 now. Also added mill, because that's the UB archetype. Maybe both changes together is too strong. We'll see.
