Reminds me of Voidmage Husher.
I'm not sure Wizards would mention "activated or triggered ability" on a common.
Activated abilities regularly appear on cards like Arrest. They are also mentioned by detain's reminder text.
Triggered abilities usually only get mentioned at rare. I want to test this at common before deciding whether I shift it up (and how far) or whether I accept a red flag.
I don't think triggered abilities are even used enough to make a rule to never use them at common.
Careful with replacement effects, people mistake them for triggers all the time.
It took me a while to reaize you meant on other cards. :)
Will keep that in mind.
