Bleh. It does need to be common; so that you've got a chance of getting a lot of them.

But you're only going to run them in very specific decks. I dunno; do you have the associated build-arounds to go with them? I guess something ends up being last pick most of the time, in this set, it'll probably be this one.

Cleric+Warrior tribal is one of W's main themes in the block. This is intended to be solid in that deck if you have 3+, and we'll fiddle with numbers and support cards until the deck actually does want them.

0/3 was considered, but seems like it might be more of a roadblock than we want and not float as well to the players who want tribal synergy.
