­Scouting Track variant for nonbasics. Might be a bit strong, but can easily be countered with mill effects.

Don't forget the existence of Emori Wanderer for the same general space.

I kinda did, but as I already have said on the white version of that, I do not think that we need an Augur of Bolas Cycle in every colour for all card types. That kind of card advantage is something inherent to {u} on lower rarities, and it shouldn't be in every colour.

I had also clarified that there is no such cycle being proposed. Rather, it's two cards, one white for enchantment and one green for land. Those happen to fit the themes/archetypes of those colors.

That makes it hardly better, it's still a rather Blue kind of card colourswapped. Typical ways for White and Green to look for enchantments and lands would be better to keep the balance.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I don't see the designs as a problem, and the white one was already put into the skeleton by TRicher, not me.
