I like this card but I would note that green already has the most cards, including a lot of rares. So there inherently will be a lot of competiting cards in green if we add too many more green ideas. I would have prefered to see a green legendary idea, if we intend to have 1 rare legendary in each color.

This can be probably be changed to uncommon by just cutting the last ability and changing its cost to {1}{g}{g}.
