This uses cycling as a basis for the tokens instead.

This is supposed to provide for a role somewhat similar to Bitterblossom, except based on cycling. I figure since you have to work for it through cycling rather than it being automatic during your upkeep and it's on a vulnerable stick, it's not necessarily OP in comparison. If it is considered OP I'd just tag on a "lose 1 life" I suppose.

I think its fine as it is, I dont see it being on the same power level as Bitterblossom because on its own its just a 1/1 with flying. Might actaully be a bit fragile but wouldn't want to change it much.

Thinking about it, it might be a little too fragile. As an enchantment it would be slightly less easy to remove. But I'm starting to wonder if it really should be a rare. As an enchantment with a slightly higher mana cost it could be an uncommon.
