You need to enclose the loyalty symbols with square brackets:
[+1]."You may put them back in any order"... so what happens if I don't? o.o Still, awesome design. What are you intending to happen to the revealed nonland card or noncreature card? At the moment it stays on top of the library.
thanks for the tips. I think as is, the non-land card that isn't dealt with stays on top of the library, as you were just revealing it. Same for the noncreature card in the ultimate.
Yep, sounds right. I really like the synergy between abilities. The only oddness about the card is the name: is this intended to be the same person as Linessa, Zephyr Mage?

Shouldn't you drop the "you" in the +1 ability? Just "Look at the top five cards of your library then put them back in any order."
Probably. The template would be Sage Owl, so yes, as you said except with an extra comma.
