Interestingly, several people on Multiverse had cards which tap for coloured mana, but ETBT and add colourless as a oneoff. The new card Crumbling Vestige has that pattern reversed, which is a tweak I don't think anyone on Multiverse had come up with.
Oh, neat. I like this idea.
This has some interesting rules oddities. Unlike Ghosts of the Innocent, it halves the life you lost. This means that, say, a 4/4 lifelink will deal you 4 damage, which makes its controller gain 4 life, but only makes you lose 2 life. I think some people might find that somewhat confusing.
Oddly, the spammer brought my attention to this card. I like it.
Calinlg all cars, calling all cars, we're ready to make a deal.
Name is taken come Innistrad though :P
How does a thief like his potatoes cooked?
Potatoes Ill-Gotten!
I really do need to look more carefully don't I...
Not a very good combat trick, due to it being a sorcery :P (Otherwise yes, it'd be insane; like Leeching Bite or Steal Strength but with half of it being permanent.)
This seems like removal (sometimes), a good combat trick (in my opinion) and a lot of fun. I would play this and love it.
