Updated to M12 wording - Dies is so much shorter than the old "goes to....blah blah blah". Makes the card look cleaner too.
Now all Wizards have to do is bring back Bury, not sure why the got rid of it in the first place. "Destroy target creature, it can't be regenerated this turn" or "bury" what do you guys think?
I think the current situation is best for the moment. "Dies" really makes things shorter, and, key, is completely intuitive to just about everyone. Complete beginners say "die" without even thinking about it, whether it's on the card or not.
But "can't be regenerated" is printed less often now, enough that it would need reminder text in many circumstances. I agree it'd be nice, but I think wizards are right to use keywords judiciously.
