    Funeral March shouldn't cost the same as Murder. That's just silly. As it is, this is a risky sorcery-ish Diabolic Edict, that may kill nothing with its trigger.

    "Enchant Creature" doesn't need a capital "C" with modern templating. Also missing open quote in the flavour text.
