    Funny how changing the cost of a card makes it look like a whole new card. Now instead of comparing it to Divination, we get to compare Forget to Careful Study. Careful Study is still a 'better' card in that you discard after you draw... but you can target opponents with Forget. Seems like a fair trade to me.
