Moved from uncommon to rare.

Let me tell ya, those two abilities took a while for me to figure out.

Nice! One of the best takes on an update of the Castle Sengir cycle I've ever seen. Manages to fit all the constraints of not being better than Forest, not worse than Shimmering Grotto, and so on.
