Moved from rare to uncommon
Can now target itself. This was more a power level thing than an NWO move. It's a rare. If it isn't going to be a great Lord, it can at least a mediocre Lord and a good one cost blocker.
Changed to white, since that's the color that normally gets the Ghost Warden effects (especially on a one cost rare.)
