Not very useful in Limited, but a powerful lock in Constructed. I'd hate to play the mirror-match against this. It also has fun interactions with flashback (as in it totally hoses it). I wish this was in the current Standard meta.

It's a tidied-up version of Bazaar of Wonders. Powerful but sensible. Development might add a blue mana to the cost.
