Wow. Reminiscent of Smokespew Invoker. I'd consider making it {1}{b} 2/1 or {1}{b}{b} 3/1 and upping the activation cost to 8. Actually, it doesn't need to be colour-intensive to cast because the ability is implicitly Swamp-intensive.
