What I like about this cards is that it leads to the question, "What is the cost and what is the effect?" Are you discarding a card to untap the creature, or are you untapping the creature to discard a card? (If you only want to be able to discard the card while the creature is tapped, you should switch the cost and effect. Otherwise, the reversal is pleasing.)
