Better than Phantasmal Bear in 2 ways. I would cost it at

I never realized that it completely one-ups phantasmal bear, thanks for the feedback.
So following a quick look at my original document page, I forgot to add that it has defender and flying.
Still seems rather better than, say, Cinder Wall. If you're set on keeping this at one mana, I think you need to just give it the normal Illusion ability without the cantrip.
That makes sense. Alright, I'll remove the cantrip.
