Oh, Fissure, it's been a long time since I traded a rare away for you. I'd say "Red doesn't do that now." but I figure you know that. I do love the flavor of this card.

I don't care if Red can't fissure anymore!

Its either this, or I change it to "Lava Flow".

May I suggest the following approach: Consider a specific list of unaltered reprints in old frame Time Spiral style; those cards get to get away with the original color pie as long as they are clean designs.

Fissure's a pretty clean design. Well, at least I think it is.

You have to admit it's pretty archaic. Regenerate is currently falling out of favor for indestructible so a phrase like "can't be regenerated" is very outdated.

Some cards that would be more reasonable: Melt Terrain, Seismic Spike (powerful), and Survey the Wreckage.

I would consider something like: "Destroy target land. Creatures can't block this turn."

I do like that idea Tahaz, I'll work that in.
