Ouchie! This is a nightmare to deal with; but I guess the opponent probably has a whole turn to try and do so.

The effect is really powerful if you can ditch cards to graveyard before casting it. Perhaps it should also exile your graveyard on etb?

Eh, it's a 6 mana enchantment. And it's not Yawgmoth's Agenda. Reminds me of Forbidden Crypt, a bit.

Could make it exile graveyard on ETB too if you want. That'd still work as a Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar that also stocks your graveyard, which is pretty good.

Oh, this probably also wants a "If you can't, you lose the game", as otherwise it's randomly invulnerability to milling.

Ooh, yeah, that wasn't the goal haha. How about this just skips the draw step and does this once at the beginning of the upkeep? The only problem is that I don't want it to be too wordy.

As for power, it is strong, but it's expensive, prevents recursion, and (although this won't come up too often) mills you. I think the possibility of filling your graveyard into some attempt at weird janky combo is the whole goal of the card, so I don't really want it to exile upon ETB.

EDIT: Huh, I guess skipping the draw step wouldn't actually do anything. Lame. Any ideas on how to make this actually kill you if it mills you out?

Ok, I'm really bad at costing this sort of ability. It seems good to me; but it is expensive; so ok :)

I think the only way to do it is an explicit "If you can't, lose the game" on the putting cards into graveyard bit. (Or somehow make the three cards be drawing cards so it's automatic? Maybe "For you, drawing a card now means mill 3, take card from graveyard" or something?)

I think it'd need the same kind of clause as Forbidden Crypt:

> If you would draw a card, instead put the top three cards of your library into your graveyard, then return a card from your graveyard to your hand. If you can't, you lose the game.

I like Forbidden Crypt a lot: I put a homage to it into my first Multiverse set, with Voice of Ages Past.

That also causes Rest in Peace to just beat you immediately for inability to follow through on the "return a card" part.
