previous: Whenever a creature you control attacks, put a 1/1 green Zerg creature token onto the battlefield tapped and attacking.
There are only so many ways to put 1/1 Zerg creatures onto the battlefield. Really. My biggest concern is actually how to differentiate this and the Brood Lord.
Heh. This certainly seems a fine implementation of the swarm host itself.
And pretty effective in playtesting. Awkward wording with exiling tokens though, to prevent (((Gamete Meiosis))) shenanigans.
Eh, not that unusual. Geist of Saint Traft, Angelic Favor, Elemental Appeal, Giantbaiting, Mimic Vat, etc, etc.
Ah yes, not mechanically, meaning that I was trying to reserve the word "exile" only for the Protoss deck. :)
Just have the token sacrifice itself at the end of combat/end of turn. Cards like Thatcher Revolt for reference. Could be good if you wanted more death triggers.
Yep, originally it did, but as I mentioned a few comments back, free sacrifices + (((Gamete Meiosis))) was an insta-win. :) This should be ok for the time being.
The more interesting question actually is whether the swarm host should create a Zerg only during your combat phase or even in defense. Haha.
