Gosh. This... oh; wait. It doesn't actually help pay for those dragons. So the dream of using this to cast a dragon to cast a dragon to splat your entire deck of dragons onto the battlefield need to combo with a pile of... nope; the shamans only reduce cost by colourless, not the coloured part. So you basically need to have hit infinite mana to use this at all, let alone as a wow moment. And sure, it's a cool finisher for it; but there are easier.
So the value of this ability is that it lets you cast two mid-size dragons a turn thereafter, rather than one. Which is.. decent?
The real value here is a 5/4 hasty flier for 6. And Volcanic Dragon says ok fine this is more red, go ahead. Meaning that huge flashy seeming ability text is being trated as trinket text.
Which yeah it looks like it kind of is. Shame.
(I'm assuming common is just because you didn't set it; since a 6 mana dragon finisher is hardly a sensible common)
