How many Dragon cards do you expect this will revive? I feel actually that a mechanic to hep assemble dragon parts would be more useful on these cards than a reward, since the whole mechanic is quite parasitic and specific right now e. g.
", Discard ~: Mill three cards. You may return a creature card with a dragon part from your graveyard to your hand."
Discarding it works well with reawakening, but the effect brings you closer to actually using that ability.
