On Flame-Spray Dragon:

Other cards care about colors, so for simplicity's sake I was going to give many of the elder dragons colors.

Yeah, these dragons would be dead in hand and might be better invoked the sideboard. That could probably be done.

The idea of the haste and caring about the haste counter is that if you really needed this dragon, and a dragonpart gave Flame-Spray Dragon haste, there would be some extra bonus.

On Diminutive Dragon:
  1. At the time of this thought, keyword counters seemed the easiest option. This is not to say that there are no merits to the creature exiling itself underneath the Elder Dragon.

  2. There actually is no reason other than how my head processed the appearance. "Dragonsparts- Tail, head, and wings: flying" should work equally as well.

On Grave-Breaker Dragon:

How many Dragon cards do you expect this will revive? I feel actually that a mechanic to hep assemble dragon parts would be more useful on these cards than a reward, since the whole mechanic is quite parasitic and specific right now e. g.

  • "{2}{b}, Discard ~: Mill three cards. You may return a creature card with a dragon part from your graveyard to your hand."

Discarding it works well with reawakening, but the effect brings you closer to actually using that ability.

On Flame-Spray Dragon:

The colored frame is implying something, but the colors of Flame-Spray Dragon & Grave-Breaker Dragon don't matter, you are paying with color-agnostic creatures.

I could see this work better is there a (high) mana cost e. g. {8}{r}{r}, but each dragon part reduced the cost by e. g. {2} (or you could make the cost reduction a part of the dragon part parameter e. g. red creatures with dragon pars actually reducing red mana costs).

This would have the added effect that the cards don't become dead if you don't have five specific dragon parts worth of creatures available to cast them.

Does this have haste and enter with a haste counter? Weird - especially since haste is an ability that makes less sense on a counter.

On Ancient Dragon:

Reawakening is identical on Ancient Dragon, Flame-Spray Dragon & Grave-Breaker Dragon. Why is it written like an activated ability? Don't you want it to be a keyword ability?

On Diminutive Dragon:

Why does this use counters? The card is exiled. It can serve as its own marker.

Is there a reason flying is tied to "Dragonpart- Wings"? Does that mean that you have to assign where the wings come from and gain only the counters from Wings once?

Otherwise you probably want to write it as "Dragonparts Wings, Tail & Head - Flying."

On Crystal Antlered Majesty:

It is intentional that as elk this only has Ward {2}, but when reformed as a dragon that it would grant a hexproof counter, since the dragon's natural magic is more potent..
