Those are the same cost. That's very confusing. Why not multikicker with "ETB: If it was kicked once, destroy target a or e. If it was kicked two or more times, destroy target a and target e."

Those are the same cost, because that's what kicker A and/or B spells cannot handle, but maybe I need a better example e. g. Highstorm.
