So this is usually an overpriced scry-1 with a fiddly activation condition. But it does trigger landfall... does this set care about that? Lots of land destruction and sacrifice and lands-in-graveyards. But nothing on ETB, currently. So this feels a bit out of place.

Interesting name though, I'm imagining some giant flying crane lowering an island into place.

No landfall, but the intention after the concept was to add a mana by returning a tapped land and replacing it with an untapped land, helping you out when you're shy just one mana and when you need to swap a color quickly. The real feature that I was seeking was an artifact that has a tap-based activated ability.

Well, I guess it's sort of mana ramp. As long as you have the colour you need in hand - which already means you're not manascrewed.

I guess it is useful for swapping in a colour the opponent thinks you're in need of, maybe baiting past a counter. But, well, they can see you're planning it because you used up a 3-drop on this.

Eh, I dunno. It's not "Lose the game if you play this" bad, scry is more useful than it looks, and something needs to be 13th pick.
