Screw limiting commons to four lines of text. Me and homies all hate commons with less than four lines of text.
Now if the exile-to-maybe-play part is too strong, then I'll push this to uncommon.
Huh. So... this is kind of draw a card each turn, but if you can't afford it, it runs out and you get a mons. And you can even use it to try and dissuade an opponent from attacking.
So this seems to me like it's a bit too cheap for the effect. Not much too cheap - you're subtly encouraged to wait until later to use it anyway.
An environment where red gets so much card draw - I think I'd like to see it.
