Heee! Impulse-draw from library, sure, that's red. Getting back creatures or enchantments from graveyard, sure, white. Instants and sorceries, yep, that's red, and either colour can do artifacts. Lands? More green than anything, but I'm sure it's okay for either of these colours to get it when it's just a random option from the graveyard. Sun Titan can get back Fabled Passage.

...Oh, wait, I've just realised it's the annoying "cast" rather than "play" wording, so you can't do lands anyway. That'll be vexing, especially if you hit a Fabled Passage and have a five-drop in hand.

I think, I'm fine with playing lands, so why not open it up a little... except... with the current time-frame this could potentially get you two land-drops over this turn and next if Stormrite Celebrant is not played on curve.
