Combining the Rat-trait of becoming better in numbers and the trait of causing discard.

So for {b}{1} you get to drop all of these rats you have in hand into play, discard one extra card, and everyone else discards one card per rat?

It's unlikely; but if you do have four of these on turn 2 it's kinda a devastating blowout.

Yeah, but that's the nature of the god hand: If it occurs it's good.

I could add a small payment or adjust the p/t, but how far would this need to go?

New idea: intervening if-clause: "if it was cast"
