Aside from morph-ugin connection this having the name "Draconic" doesn't resonate well with me.

You are correct about the wording. I forgot to make it a triggered ability when I switched card types.

Morph/manifest on Tarkir is draconic magic. That's exactly what I was going for there. I imagine it would do quite well at reanimating some Dragons with megamorph. I actually thought about the effect being like Pet Cemetary, but since it was manifest and everything I called it Dragon Cemetary. The final name is more fitting for an enchantment, but I never doubted the Dragon aspect of the name.
