Toddler Commander is a format almost completely like EDH, except for these differences;
Any creature with a converted mana cost of 3 or less can be your commander. Creatures with both a power and toughness of 3 or less are also acceptable. Start with 30 life. A deck cannot have less than 60 or more than 75 cards, not including your commander. Have fun!
