Planeswalkers:
The Bad Wolf Entity is Rose Tyler after she absorbed the Time Vortex. The Bad Wolf was nearly omniscient and omnipotent; for example, it reduced an entire Dalek fleet to atoms and granted immortality to Captain Jack Harkness. Unfortunately, the energy was destroying Rose's body, so the Doctor absorbed it into his own body, triggering his regeneration.
The Doctor's TARDIS is the means in which the Doctor travels through time and space. The TARDIS, or Time And Relative Dimensions In Space, is powered by the Eye of Harmony, a black hole created by Omega and trapped on Gallifrey. The TARDIS is the Doctor's most faithful companion; it always takes him where he needs to go.
(((Davros, Dalek Emperor))) is the creator of the (((Dalek)))s. He created Daleks to be the perfect life-form. He was supposedly killed by the Nightmare Child during the Last Great Time War, but Dalek Caan managed to breach the time-lock and rescue Davros. Davros and the Supreme Dalek then created the (((Crucible))), which they planned to use to disintegrate the universe. Davros is worshipped by the Daleks as their creator, but is despised by them for being "impure."
Legends:
The CyberKing is a dreadnaught-class warship created by the Cybermen to attack cities and convert large populations at once. During their invasion of Victorian England in 1851, the Cybermen built a CyberKing using contemporary technology. This event was wiped from history by the time cracks.
The (((Nestene Consciousness))) is a transdimensional psychic entity with the power to remotely animate and control plastic. It led the (((Auton)))s in multiple invasions of Earth. As the offspring of Shub-Niggurath, one of the Great Old Ones, it possessed a part of their awesome power. The Nestene was a member of the Alliance and created the trap for the Eleventh Doctor.
The Celestial Toymaker is lord of the Land of Fiction. Any being that is pulled into the Land of Fiction would become his eternal plaything unless it defeated him at one of his games. He is also one of the Guardians of Time, which makes him an aspect of the Six-Fold God.
Abaddon, the Devourer is a powerful demon, the child of the Beast. Trapped within the Cardiff Space-Time Rift during his battle with the Dark, he was released when Torchwood Three's rift manipulator was taken offline. Abaddon fed off the life-force of mortals; mere contact with his shadow kills. He was defeated when the immortal Captain Jack Harkness channeled the power of the Time Vortex and overloaded Abaddon.
Abslom Daak, Dalek Killer is a convicted murderer. At his sentencing, the judge offered him two choices: execution or (((Dalek))) hunting. He chose the latter. Later, when the woman he loved was killed by a Dalek, he vowed to rid the universe of the Dalek menace. Daak's weapon of choice is his trusty chainsword.
Captain Jack Harkness, formerly an agent of the Time Agency and later a time-traveling conman, is the leader of Torchwood Three. Under his leadership, Torchwood changed from an alien hunting and exploiting organization to one that is more defensive. Jack became immortal during the Dalek invasion of the Game Station satellite. The Bad Wolf Entity demonstrated its power over life and death by reviving him after he was exterminated by a Dalek deathray. The Bad Wolf accidentally transformed him into a fixed point in time, making him immortal. Jack was a companion of the Ninth and Tenth Doctors.
Rory, the Last Centurion is the husband of Amy Pond and the father of River Song. During the Silurian attack on Cwmtaff, Wales, Rory was shot and then absorbed by the time cracks, wiping his existence from history. Later, when the Alliance was creating the trap for the Eleventh Doctor, the Nestene Consciousness created an Auton replica of him, from a psychic imprint of Amy's memories, in the guise of a Roman centurion. He guarded Amy's body trapped within the (((Pandorica))) for 1,894 years until Amy could be revived. When the universe was restarted, he returned to his human form. Rory was a companion of the Eleventh Doctor.
Omega, Hero of Gallifrey is one of the three founders of Time Lord civilization on Gallifrey, along with Rassilon and the Other. Using the Hand of Omega, he converted a local star into a black hole to power his time travel technology. This technology elevated the basic Gallifreyan society into the powerful Time Lord civilization. Rassilon had rigged the Hand, however, causing Omega to become trapped within the black hole. Using his immense intellect and willpower, he stabilized the antimatter universe within; over time, his physical body decayed and he became a shell of antimatter held together by his mind. After being trapped within the black hole for millennia, he went insane and declared war on the Time Lords. Most Time Lords believe that he was killed when his ship fell into the black hole, and he is revered as the individual responsible for uplifting the Gallifreyans.
