Deathtouch
: The next time you would draw a card this turn, instead look at the top two cards of your library. Put one of those cards into your hand and the other on the bottom of your library.

But it could easily be powered up, eg. have it be "first recruit" instead of "instead recruit"
I should point out that Words of Wilding is a very weak card in its own right. I tried slipping it into my own set, Magic20XX, since there was a heavy focus on Wisdom and Hellbent (lots of cards in hand, versus no cards in hand.) Even there it underperformed so badly in playtesting, that it was the first card I pulled from the set.
Er, no. Each replacement effect turns one card drawn into one possible token. "The next time you would X, instead Y" means one X turns into one Y, and then there's no X left to replace with the next copy of the ability (until the next time you would X).
Repetitve yes - but not weak - presuming that you can repeat it, the way it looks like you can? Replacing a single card draw with X tokens?
This card also keeps the card of onto of your library in addition to being a weak card, making game play very repetitive for a dull pay off (never drawing a card for 1/1 each turn). Maybe this should be a triggered ability that happens at the begging of your upkeep? (so you still get the cads. It should still be at an acceptable power level due to lands being colourless).
Seems rather worse than Words of Wilding.
