On Flame Nexus (reply):

Yeah, here's how the structure is currently being planned:
Core 1: Obviously ;)
Concord Block: Concord was complete, but wolfer is redoing it--second set had been initially designed, and no clue for the third
New Core Set: I'm currently designing it, still less than half done
Next block: wolfer has it concepted, and much of the basics designed

On Predator’s Den:

Also needs to be "Whenever you cast a creature SPELL". Is a cool idea though. Reminds me of the creature lands from Urza Block.

On Culling Demon:

I'm not sure whether it's good or not, but I always think "non-demon" is hilarious :)

On Culling Demon:

Ha! I like it. It would normally be a benefit, but it's kind of funny that you could get stuck with this Demon on the board and no way to get rid of him. Demons are mean like that.

On Culling Demon:

Non-demon wouldn't really be broken. To avoid saccing stuff yourself this guy would likely have to be your only creature, and, well, a 6/6 mythic for 5 that says "Cast ~ only if you control no creature" probably isn't broken. Also compare Rakdos the Defiler.

On Territorial Dragon:

Yeah. I got to admit, my first thought before looking at the responses wasn't "That's a cool dragon defending it's territory", it was "Why isn't this an Angel?"

On Culling Demon:

I like the way you think :)

On Culling Demon:

As a resident Johnny, this card makes me anxious to play him. Never mind the sacrifice of useless creatures, I want to pack cards like Vision Skeins, Forced Fruition and Words of Wilding.

On Windwalker:

Mulldrifter isn't really comparable - it either draws 2 for 3 mana, or does that plus the body for 5.

I'd probably compare this to Silvergill Adept, which loses the flying in exchange for {u}, which is a fair trade; but also demands an additional cost. Granted, that cost is generally quite easy to meet, but I still thing this version should cost, say, {3}{u}.

On Windwalker:

Sea Gate Oracle does look at two cards, which is a lot more powerful for a control deck. Honestly, this card pales in comparison to Mulldrifter, and is pretty analogous to Liliana's Spectre. Yes, it's a bit of an upgrade, but some blue stuff also got downgraded in my set.

On Windwalker:

Whoa... this is exceptionally strong. I mean, I know Wizards recently upgraded Merchant of Secrets to Sea Gate Oracle, but this is somewhat further than that. Blue does traditionally get a 2/1 common flyer for {2}{u} with some ability, but this is a heck of an ability. This is rather better than Wistful Selkie which cost {u}{u}{u}.
