The current solution is to use the wording "Target artifact or creature's owner puts it on the top or bottom of their library."
That first mode is a color pie break for blue.
I like the design. Both life loss and life gain as well as the Adventure... all goes well with the card name.
If you want to get rid of the necessity to target, you could go for "each opponent" over "target player".
