The current solution is to use the wording "Target artifact or creature's owner puts it on the top or bottom of their library."

Changed the first mode from "Put target creature or artifact on the bottom of its owner's library" to "Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand" to completely avoid the color pie break. And also changed the second mode to be able to target any card in a graveyard (instead of just an artifact or creature card). Additionally, I reduced the cost from {2}{u} to {1}{u} and it now has an uncommon rarity (instead of common).

Thanks for making me aware of the color pie break. Made this card a while ago, so it was bound to be revised at some point.

Aside from being quite wordy, this would make an ok common in the vein of You Come to a River. Seems there's quite a lot of strictly better Disperse that have gotten printed at common.

Changed rarity back from uncommon to common. Just like the official cards Tahazzar used to compare this one with, this card would indeed make for an okay common.
