Mechanics

This is meant to be a supplemental product for Commander, in total, there's five decks, each deck has a total of 15 slots taken by 15 new cards. 10 of those slots are unique new cards, 3 cards are shared by each deck, and 2 cards are shared with another deck.

Phyrexian Emblem - The Plane of Zendikar - The deck's marquee card is the null-white Accomplice.

Wax Conspiracy Stamp - The Plane of Fiora - The deck's marquee card is the null-blue Accomplice.

Mirran Emblem - The Plane of Kaladesh - The deck's marquee card is the null-black Accomplice.

Planeswalker Symbol - The Plane of Kamigawa - The deck's marquee card is the null-red Accomplice.

Navigation Compass - The Plane of Innistrad - The deck's marquee card is the null-green Accomplice.

Each deck contains 2 copies of the "Beacon Cycle." They match up to make two Wedges with the "missing" color of the marquee card per deck.

No White - Cloudstone /Grafstone No Blue - Grafstone / Flowstone No Black - Flowstone / Lodestone No Red - Lodestone / Wakestone No Green - Wakestone / Cloudstone

The final remaining 3 cards are contained in each deck:

Commander's Charm

Central Plaza Ruins

Grinlos, Golgothian Titan

The remaining 85 cards per deck will be aiming to make the deck's secondary market value somewhere between $50 and $75, with the expectation to not cause a deck shortage due to a a chase reprint.

On Depala, Reclusive Mechanic:

Due to card file shift, this is no longer a top down card design space for Rajul, the slot has now been changed to a Opposing Wedge build for the lacking color.

As such, Rajul's card has been shelved and now replaced with Kaladesh themed G/W background commander.

On Oni Yamazaki, Ancestral Guardian:

Yeah, the card started off with an entirely different mana cost originally, updating the card file for a much better name.

On Oni Yamazaki, Ancestral Guardian:

I still wonder how you ended up with a non-red Hidetsugu.

On Rhonde, Traitor of Ondu:

Reworked to no longer be DFC Equipment. Expect further updates.

On Guild Accomplices:

Small rework on DFC cards, going into a different space with them, plus reworking some of the pairings / card creation.

Upping set count from 58 to 72 due to MPC order count, will also be adding 18 tokens / emblems into print set.

Removing the "Legendary Creatures" baggage on many cards.

On Rhonde, Traitor of Ondu:

Yes. The equipped creature deals damage as though it were this particular commander. I think the second ability on Forged from Rhonde may be too strong. Been toying with updating it to Equip {c}{c} instead of simply attach. Not sure if {c}{c} is prohibitive enough to allow for instance speed, ala cranial plating. Then again, Cranial Plating is a thing.

On Wakestone Beacon:

Yeah, I wanted this cycle to be a bit more than just land fixing. I felt the original cycle from the 4 color decks would rarely be used for their non-land abilities. Putting some utility on the cards them selves might find them rarely being cycled, but when you MUST cycle them for the 3rd+ color, they're there.

On Wakestone Beacon:

Updating the mechanic template, and updating the ability positioning.

On Rhonde, Traitor of Ondu:

Hrm. A valid question. Not sure if double sided cards would need that or not. I presume not due to how Tibalt and Esika are handled.

On Andu the Hidden Vision:

Good catch. Updated.
