That would be more inclusive/versatile, though it would also probably break some of the other cards I have designed around the "whenever you cycle a card" trigger, if I were to universalize adding "or discard".

A lot of these cycling designs are based on or encouraging of people playing deck archetypes that pretty much rely heavily on cycling a lot to get off combos. It's almost baked into the implied format of the set itself, that cycling is going to be pretty normal and frequent, so it's not necessarily going to be that hard to set off the cycling based triggers.

Unlike Beneath The Sands, this doesn't care about land type. I figure that might be important in a set with lots of nonbasics.
