There are definitely some memory issues, but I think the concept is worth it.
Excluding any untap shenanigans and further removal the three creatures can be used as memory aides for each other as well. Tap and stack all three of them and each turn you can remove and untap another one from the stack.
Precedence for a flexible wording in custom sets. Amass defaults on two parameters:
"Army"/"Swarm" is the parameter describing what gets the +1/+1 counters. It defaults to "Army".
"black Zombie"/"black Spirit with flying" is the parameters describing what additional characteristics the token gets if it is created. It defaults to "black Zombie".
